Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dobiexchange, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to engage in cryptocurrency trading in your jurisdiction. Creating an account constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Use of the Service

Your account on Dobi Exchange is for your personal use only. You may not share account credentials, use automated scripts to manipulate markets, or engage in any activity that disrupts platform operations or harms other users.

Intellectual Property

All content on dobiexchange — including the trading engine, interface design, logos, and written materials — is the exclusive property of Dobi Exchange and protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from Dobi Exchange.

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from using Dobi Exchange for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations. Accounts found in violation will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

Dobi Exchange is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, network congestion, force majeure events, or user error. Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk — you trade at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dobi Exchange's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the transaction fees paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

Dobi Exchange integrates with third-party services including TradingView chart tools and external payment processors. Dobi Exchange is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party providers.

Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and private keys. Dobi Exchange will never ask for your password or seed phrase via email, chat, or any other channel.

Your Rights

You may request account closure and data deletion at any time by contacting info@dobiexchange.com. Pending trades and open positions must be resolved before account closure is processed.

Changes to These Terms

Dobi Exchange may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and a platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
